Replace answering machines with trained and attentive community members

Actively solve crimes and problems by working directly with the community

Promote accountability and transparency within the department

Reward deputies on a merit-based system to give them a chance to excel based on their willingness to go above and beyond

Expand and support the volunteer program

Uphold the constitution and ensure that all deputies and staff have the knowledge and resources to do so.
